Gluten Free and other ingredient questions
We have carefully labelled all our packaging and product pages to identify which ingredients are not contained within our bakery foods.
Primarily we operate a Gluten Free bakery, but we also aim to ensure that our products are free from preservatives and other unwanted additives wherever possible. We ensure our ingredients are kept to a minimum and of the highest available quality at all times.

What does it mean if a product is labelled ‘Gluten free’?
Only foods containing 20ppm (20mg/kg) of gluten or less can be labelled ‘gluten free’. Even naturally gluten free products may contain small amount of gluten. 20ppm is an amount of gluten which has been proved by research not to be toxic to people with Coeliac disease.
A Gluten free diet, if well balanced, will give you energy, relieve fatigue, improve your mood and help with digestion problems. When on a gluten free diet, remember to eat a lot of naturally gluten free products like fruit, veg, fish, plain meat, rice or nuts.

Coeliac Disease is an auto-immune disease where the persons immune system reacts to gluten when it is consumed and leads to damage to the lining of the gut. It is a life long condition which requires to absence of gluten from the diet entirely. For more information about this condition, why not visit the Coeliac Society of Ireland’s Website. How to shop:- Shipping Address
For your security, orders can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address or a corporate work address as verified by Paypal. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder’s name is written as it appears on the card.
For existing Paypal users these details should already be verified within your Paypal account but if you are new to Paypal please take time to ensure the details are carefully matched.
Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you when necessary. We will require a Landline or Mobile number to enable our courier’s to be able to advise you of delivery timings, and to help the driver locate your property.
How to Shop: Sizing and Packaging
Sizing varies with batches of baked goods and as is normal with most food products our items are sold by weight. For your convenience we have also noted the typical size of our retail packaging on the individual product pages.

How do i make a purchase?
Purchasing from Wellness-baking is easy:
Simply browse through Our products and identify which items match your requirements. Clicking Add to Basket will place items in your Shopping Bag / Cart.
You can Review the items in your shopping bag by selecting the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link at the top of the page. You can remove items from the Bag simply by clicking the Red X on the side of each item listed in the Shopping Bag.
Click to view Cart / Shopping Bag.
This opens a page listing the contents and number of each item in your Cart / Shopping Bag.
You can remove items by reducing the Quantity of units to Zero, or if you wish to buy a number of items of the same type, you can increase the number in the Quantity Column. Click Update Basket after making any changes and check that the numbers are Correct before proceeding.
Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
You will be taken through the simply Checkout process, and asked to make payment via the Paypal Website. You will be transferred to Paypal at the appropriate time, where you will see your itemised Bill, and can login to your account with Paypal.
Interaction with Paypal will be encrypted and you should check the correct Padlock and Secure Website details appear in your chosen web browser to assure yourself that you are on the genuine Paypal Pages.
At the end of the Paypal process you will be transferred back to the Wellness Baking Website, and we will send you confirmation of sale details to the email address associated with your Paypal Account.
What payment methods does Wellness Baking accept?
For your protection and ours we only accept online payments with PayPal. When making payment at the checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to the Wellness Baking Website.
Payment is debited from your card at time of dispatch.
Remember Paypal allow you to fund any payment using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express cards, but by using Paypal to make payments to us, or any other online website, Paypal helps you by keeping your card details private from anyone but you and Paypal.
How do i change currency?
Currently the Wellness Baking website is only selling products into the Republic of Ireland, so payment would need to be made in € Euros. However because payments are transacted using Paypal it is possible for you to fund the payment using the currency settings configured on your own Paypal account settings.
Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch all weekday orders within 24 hours, except on Sunday’s where orders could take an extra 12 hours or so. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Wellness baking is not responsible for any delays caused by problems encountered by the Courier, and their arrangements to be able to meet with you at a suitable drop off time at the delivery address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Order Status’.
